The restaurant is about 25 ft. from the lodge and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After being served, you can enjoy your food with the view of the waters in a cool and relaxing setting.
“Stacey, you did it again!” is a common saying amongst our guests. Stacey learned the craft of cooking from her mother, Emerald Farrington, whose style and approach to cooking is authentically and uniquely Androsian!

Every morning you wake up to the sunrise, you can expect an amazing and freshly prepared breakfast waiting for you to get your DIY Fishing day started.
Want an early start? No problem. We will ensure your breakfast is packed to go along with you on your journey to one of the many beautiful fishing flats within walking distance.
Chicken Souse:
A pot of chicken boiled with fresh picked herbs and Bahamian spices. This traditional Bahamian dish is served with a side of grits and bread or Johnny cake, and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Add lime and hot pepper to spice it up to your individual taste. It is absolutely delicious!
Fish Stew:
Bahamians love breakfast, and what we refer to as ‘breakfast’ will certainly not conjure up images of eggs, toast and jam, pancakes & maple syrup. Our breakfasts are almost entirely savoury. We want that hearty stick-to-the-ribs experience that’ll give you energy for the day and ensure that lunch does not find you famished. A beautiful mixture of tomato paste, flour, freshly picked herbs, spices and freshly caught fish fried to perfection gives you the Bahamian Stew Fish!
Johnny Cake:
A white, soft, sweet and buttery bread that Bahamians eat with chicken souse or fish stew. There is nothing like it! A piece of it dipped in your stew will leave you smacking your lips and chewing with a smile.

Fishing the flats all day? No problem! We pack you a lunch kit for the journey. Take a break and enjoy lunch on one of the beautiful fishing flats nearby!
Our dinner is prepared and served daily during the hours of 6pm – 8pm. We serve a variety of Bahamian and American cuisines. Also, feel free to make a special request!
Fresh Fish
Our fish is caught fresh to order and is seasoned with Bahamian herbs and spices. It can be fried, steamed, or grilled with a side of Bahamian peas and rice.
We don’t think your meal is complete without a sweet desert, and a mouthwatering desert you will have!
